One of the largest hotel management groups in Asia Pacific, StayWell Holdings and its parent company Prince Hotels Inc., offers a diverse portfolio of properties across a combined network of 72 open and operating hotels worldwide.

Prince Hotels & Resorts and StayWell’s combined brand offerings include The Prince, Grand Prince Hotel, Policy, Park Regis, Prince Hotel, Leisure Inn Plus, Prince Smart Inn, and Leisure Inn.  Each brand offers guests quality experiences ranging from luxury to lifestyle though to midscale.

Prince Hotels & Resorts and StayWell have set a strategic goal to deliver 250 hotels* in the medium to long term. The expansion of both company brands will take place across the regions of Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Asia, Japan, Taiwan, Oceania, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.

Prince Hotels operate a combined network of 50 hotels, 31 golf courses and 10 ski resorts. StayWell has an existing network of 22 open and operating hotels and a further 13 hotels that are committed and opening over the next few years. In addition, StayWell has two key strategic partners being Manhatton Hotel Group in China (19 hotels) and Cristal Group in the Middle East (11 hotels).

Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel marked its entry into the vibrant city of Dubai on 2nd November 2010 and the first venture of SWHG into the Middle East which complements the Group’s dynamic expansion plans.

Executive Team

Araceli Montalla – Human Resources Director
A Filipino national, Ms. Montalla brings along with her more than 17 years of experience in HR discipline and handled managerial position for more than 12 years.

Her passion with people made her venture in Human Resources where she manages and leads HR function in multicultural environment.

Prior to joining; Ms Montalla was working with Halcrow Middle East, an Engineering Consultancy Firm for 4.5 years and was the HR Operations Manager of Halcrow, Qatar.  She also worked as HR Manager in various international hotels such as Dusit Hotel, The Fairmont Dubai, Emirates Towers Hotel, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Hilton.

Ms. Montalla believes in hiring the right talent for the right position.

Jane Frazer – Director of Sales & Marketing
During her distinguished career in hospitality and service operations, Jane has served some of the most luxurious and famous hotels including several properties managed by the Fairmont. Most recently, she held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi. Earlier, she worked with the Fairmont St Andrews, Scotland, in the same position. She has also worked as the Sales & Marketing Manager for Orient Express Hotels, Trains and Cruises.
